A Visit with Debra Scala Giokas, author of Ladies, First: Common Threads

Ladies, First celebrates 18 first ladies from Martha Washington to Barbara Bush who shared a common interest in needlework.  Join us to learn more about the lives, challenges and accomplishments of these inspiring and dedicated women.  Their unique stories will encourage an appreciation of craft and creativity, patience and perseverance, sacrifice and service, and most of all, the role of the first lady in the United States of America.
