Behind the Bottle – Sustainable Vineyard Practices at RG|NY
Share you table with viticulturist Leo, and get the full behind–the-scenes look at RGNY from seed, to soil, to glass. Tailored to your group, this experience offers seasoned somms or casual tasters alike an opportunity to cheers our crew, explore our world of sustainable winemaking, and participate in the RG way of life!
Depending on the weather at the vineyard that day, they’ll take you into the vines to chat about their winegrowing philosophy, or bring it to you at your table to discuss and experience. This will be over a tasting, of course, giving you the opportunity to taste a yet-to-be-released wine, and sampling a selection of our finest vintages with new insight into the craft involved in their making.
You’ll graduate as an OG at RG, able to taste, swirl, savor, and speak on tannins and complexities- and you’ll go home with your very own sapling and care instructions to start your own home-grown vines!
