Cooking Classes with Master Chef Marco Barrila

Look, Cook. Eat. Don your apron, roll up your sleeves and learn to cook authentic Italian dishes from an expert chef, Marco Barrila. Set in an open Eatery, you’ll learn all the tricks behind creating your favorite Italian dishes. For this class, it will be Crespelle di Zucca (butternut squash fritters) + Sweet potato gnocchi with two signature sauces (brown butter and sage + duck ragu) + Ravioli Dolce (fried sweet pumpkin ravioli).

All ingredients used in the class are fresh and sourced from local farm’s or imported producers. After the class, sit down as a group and enjoy all the mouth-watering dishes you have whipped up. Sit back and relish in insatiable food, great conversation with Chef Marco.
