Culinary Herbal Salt Making Workshop

Create your own herbal salt mixes with Amber Waves dried herbs and two different varieties of salts. Learn about the different herbs grown at Amber Waves, how to dry your own herbs, garble and create tasty herbal salt blends you can use in your kitchen all year long! You’ll take home two blends to share, gift, and enjoy.

The event will be hosted in our market and we’ll have hot cider and a firepit right outside for some after hours fun. We’ll provide everything you need! Includes, salts, Amber Waves herbs, containers, demonstration, light snacks, beverages, and winter fun!

Audience: Adults, for beginners but fun for all!
