New Class Launch: Pilates for Equestrians. This 50 minute pilates small group class will focus on exercises and stretches most beneficial for riders. It will use a variety of apparatus including reformer, tower, chair and props, to strengthen the core and upper body; improve posture, alignment and balance; and increase body awareness, mobility and flexibility. The stronger and more evenly balanced your body is, the more effectively you can communicate with your horse for a better relationship and performance. You do not need to be an equestrian to take this class, and you do not need pilates experience. Classes begin on 10/7/23 at 8am and 1pm, 10/8/23 at 11am, and 10/9/23 at 9am.
