Friday Matinee: My Sailor, My Love

Howard is a retired sailor and widower living alone on the coast of Ireland.  His daughter Grace hires Annie, an older woman, as a housekeeper for her father.  Howard initially rejects Annie’s help, but a romance soon blossoms between them.  Facing challenges of her own, Grace finds her father’s new relationship hard to accept and puts further stress on an already complex and strained father/daughter relationship.  Starring James Cosmo, Catherine Walker and Brid Brennan.
