“Heart of Springs” Gala and Dinner Benefit

The biannual “Heart of Springs” Gala and Dinner is returning Sunday, Aug 6th for the first time in over 4 years!

Since 2014, the popular event has funded three beloved historic Springs venues: Ashawagh Hall, The Springs Community Library, and the Springs Community Church.

Guests will enjoy live jazz, local beer and wine, and a catered dinner under a tent on the lawn at Ashawagh Hall.

Renowned local chef Damien O’ Donnell will be on hand to provide guests a seasonal “land and sea” menu featuring a raw bar, local seafood, and some of his signature specialties.

Sample local beers from Springs Brewery or sip a selection of wines from Amagansett Wine & Liquor while local musicians Peter Weiss and Jane Hastay provide the music!

This year’s event coincides with the 375th anniversary of the founding of East Hampton Town, and feature it’s now traditional “Fisherman Formal” attire.

We’ve had top hats and waders, white linen and flip flops in the past…whatever’s comfortable!

Proceeds will help the Springs Community Church repair its Fellowship Hall, the Springs Community Library fund children’s and other programming, and Ashawagh Hall replace its heat system.

It’s a great night, a great cause, and a great way to connect with your fellow east enders!
