Pasta Making Workshop with Amber Waves Wheat

Come out for a night of pasta making using Amber Waves whole wheat flour. Prepare to get your hands dirty while making pasta dough and learn the process of making various pasta shapes using different pasta devices. Go out to the fields to harvest some fresh herbs for the sauce and make a seasonal sauce and taste homemade fresh pasta all together.

Everyone will get to take home their homemade pasta, Amber Waves hand-milled flour, and taste their creation in a seasonal sauce. Light refreshments will be served. Please arrive on-time to make sure you can participate in the activity.
