Our annual tradition continues!  Discover the last stages in making Champagne. Learn about the “méthode champenoise” process. How we disgorge, dosage, cork, wire net the bottles in preparation for the Holiday season. Enjoy a tasting of our Champagnes, Cuvée Rare, Premier Cuvée, Dr Dans Extra Dry Brut, Jason’s Vineyard Sparkling Rosé and Duck Walk Brut. With light hors d’oeuvres. $40 per person (Wine Club $30)
