Poetry Potpourri

Each week, poetry lovers will share and discuss thematically linked poems. The first meeting’s focus will be on spring. The group will read and analyze Eliot’s “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock,” Hopkins’ “Spring and Fall to a Young Child,” and Wordsworth’s “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud.” Copies of the poems will be provided. Participants may also share their favorite spring poem or their own poetry.
