Southampton Arts Center Presents RitmoFit XP’s ‘Enchanted Oasis: A Woman’s Journey To Self-Confidence & Unity’

Encouraging women to strengthen their minds, bodies, and hearts, and finding a place among a diverse community of women, Southampton Arts Center presents a special wellness event to commemorate National Sister’s Day. RitmoFit XP will host “Enchanted Oasis: A Woman’s Journey To Self-Confidence & Unity” on Sunday, August 6th, at 2 PM.

This wellness journey (led by NASM Certified Fitness Instructor Vanessa Acero, along with Modifier Instructor Guides, Marina Putova and Ilyuza Miranda-Gizzatullina) delivers a new breed of inclusive interval training which blends elements of dance, calisthenics, yoga, martial arts, and breathwork with live drumming and original music by Producer and Performance Artist Mila Tina.

The event is further enhanced by the participation of two special guests: Valeriya Roshak, a practitioner experienced in various disciplines such as Kundalini Yoga instruction, Sound Therapy facilitation, Meditation, Breathing coaching, and Women’s Retreats. Alongside her, Margo Roshak complements the event with her versatility and commitment to holistic well-being and creative expression. Her skills extend to conducting Cacao Ceremony Facilitation, Photo-therapist sessions, and videography, utilizing visual storytelling to capture moments of transformation and empowerment.

Together, Valeriya and Margo will curate a series of activities that are specifically designed to promote revitalization, self-awareness, heart activation, spiritual nourishment, and a sense of unity among all the participants. Their combined knowledge and offerings will undoubtedly enrich the experience, providing an opportunity for attendees to connect with themselves and others in a meaningful and transformative way.

The RitmoFit XP experience is a dynamic collaboration between entrepreneurs Mila Tina and Vanessa Acero from Alumbra Sport. Their mission is to inspire, empower, and create a community for women to find support and celebrate their beauty and power via exercise, audio-visual art, live music, and creative self-expression in an inclusive, safe, and fun environment.

“We aim to provide women with the tools and resources they need to tap into their innate feminine power so they can feel confident, strong, and beautiful inside and out” shares Mila.

“This event is open to women of all backgrounds, and no prior experience is necessary.” says Vanessa.

• An exercise or yoga mat for the meditation session and soundbath.
• A handful or small bag filled with items you can find in nature for the earth altar (For example, flowers, rocks, leaves, shells, dry lentils, coffee beans, rice, etc).
• A wooden cup for the cacao ceremony (optional. If you don’t have one, we can provide biodegradable cups).
• And feel free to participate in the color theme if you wish: Black, White, and/or Gold clothing and accessories.”
