Springs’ “hottest” event of the year is back in-person — the fifth annual Chili Chowdown!

Join us at the Springs Firehouse for unlimited chili from our stellar menu of local chefs, wine from Channing Daughters, and a special Springs Brewery brew. Everyone will have a chance to vote for their favorite, so be sure to stay until the end to see who is crowned our 2023 Chili Champion!

All proceeds benefits Springs Food Pantry’s mission to feed our neighbors in need.

Chef Peter Ambrose, Chef Jeremy Blutstein, Channing Daughters Winery, East End Food Institute, East Hampton Fire Department, Doubles, One Stop Market, Sen, Chef Carolyn Stec, Silver Spoon Specialties, Springs Brewery, Springs Fire Department, Springs Tavern, Town Line BBQ, U.S. Coast Guard Station Shinnecock…and more to be announced!
