Visible Mending Class (Child Care available)

Giving old clothes new life (creative childcare available)In this class, we’ll explore various visible mending skills to spruce up old clothing pieces! Students will be asked to bring in one woven item with holes (big or small) and one denim item with holes. Throughout the month, we’ll learn decorative embroidery stitches to make intact clothing more exciting! After weekly demonstrations, we’ll sit and work together and enjoy different teas.
